To keep your Bumpnest pillow fresh and comfy, simply remove the outer covers and machine wash them on a gentle cold cycle using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or air dry to preserve softness. The inner pillows are spot-clean only — just wipe with a damp cloth and let them air dry fully before putting the cover back on. For best results, reassemble gently and adjust the strap to maintain the perfect shape and support.
