What stage in my pregnancy should I buy a pregnancy pillow?

What is the small pill-shaped pillow for?

How do I care for my maternity pillow?
Remove the covers and machine wash on a gentle cold cycle with mild detergent - tumble dry low or air dry. The inner pillows are spot-clean only, wipe with a damp cloth and air dry fully before reassembling.

In my early stages still with pregnancy, but loving the long pillow between the knees and cant wait to try out all the pieces as it just feels comfortable, not too bulky and can adjust it very well.
The Velcro is not as strong and kept coming off but I managed. Otherwise I’m not having back pain ever since I’ve started using the pillow.

Love love love, it has helped to keep me on my side as I was a chronic back sleeper. More than anything love being able to use the pillows separately or together depending on how my body is feeling. I often use them on the couch to prop me up and support my lower back

I cannot explain how good this pillow is! Being able to make it perfectly fit me at any size using the Velcro has been wonderful as I grow. It’s nice and sturdy and doesn’t move around when I sleep, instead it keeps me stable and in the recommended positions. My sleep has improved so much since beginning to use the pillow in all variations. Anyone who is thinking about it should definitely order one right now!!!
