We proudly offer shipping Australia wide! Our goal is to dispatch every order within one business day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email within a few hours, this lets you monitor its journey every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer free standard (Australia Post) shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100. Orders are expected to be delivered within 2-4 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. If your Bumpnest order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at support@bumpnest.com.au with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to support@bumpnest.com.au.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there is only a small window to correct any mistakes. Bumpnest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it to your shipping carrier using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.
