50-Night Risk-Free Trial - Maternity Pillow
At Bumpnest, we stand by our products and want you to have the best experience possible. That’s why we offer a 50-night risk-free trial on our maternity pillows. If you’re not completely satisfied within 50 nights of receiving your pillow, you can return it for a full refund.
To initiate a return under our 50-night trial, please contact our customer support team at support@bumpnest.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging. Please keep all original packaging to qualify for our 50-night trial. We’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Returns & Refunds - Baby Pod & Other Products
For all other products (excluding the maternity pillow), including our baby pod, we offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition and packaging
- Unsoiled, undamaged, and free from odors
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Due to hygiene and safety, used baby pods cannot be returned
To start a return, email us at support@bumpnest.com.au with your order details. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Please note:
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Returns initiated beyond 7 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
- If an item is returned in poor condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund or issue only a partial refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 60 minutes of placement, as we begin processing them quickly. If you need to cancel, please reach out immediately at support@bumpnest.com.au After this window, we may be unable to process a cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@bumpnest.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, please provide clear photos or videos showing the defect. Once our team verifies the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or need an exchange due to an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@bumpnest.com.au. We will process exchanges as quickly as possible.
